The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were too small, with everything crammed into a small space. This left hardly any room for luggage and it was too cramped to even walk around. The bathrooms were the same; so tiny, you would almost be touching the toilet trying to shut the door once inside. Just disgusting. There was an even tinier shower cubicle in the corner. No body wash was provided, only a shampoo. The lifts in the hotel were following the same theme, TINY, and they took far too long to come when we called it. The only good thing was that our rooms were on the 2nd floor so we always ended up taking the stairs. The hotel breakfast was below average too, only one egg variety and no bakery selection whatsoever. We were very disappointed with it. The view from the window was unpleasant too; we had a tiny balcony but there was the air con unit there so again, no room to stand or sit, not that there was a lovely view. There were just some shops, including one with creepy mannequins. Not really a room with a view. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and could not wait to leave. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever return here.

Food Breakfast was very poor, few options for breakfast. Room We accommodated standard rooms but when we went It was a very small room which did not even carry luggage, very small space and we had no place to put our clothes. We contacted the reception and they changed our room where we settled into a larger room. The noise was very loud, unacceptable, from inside the customers were walking all night creating noise, also the windows were not insulated at all, all the noise from the straw could be heard inside. Staff The staff were very friendly and for every request they tried to make solutions. The hotel In general the hotel was not for vacation but to do business, the building was very old, it needed a lot of renovation and for us it was not a 4 star hotel.

One of the worst experience I have ever had by far. Rude staff, I complained 5 days about the wifi not working and only then they had the nerve to actually check what I was saying. Not only that, they tried to blame it on me and my devices. Our first night, the owner of the hotel decided that having a party in the hotel till 4AM was acceptable, who cares about guests that have paid for a room that cannot sleep right? As long as you can pay your party with their money...

I have booked a large bed room but I have been given a room with 2 separate single bed. So I asked the reception that I have a booking for a large bed room. The guy at the reception told me to come back the next day. Though, the next day I have finally been given what I have booked for but in the previous room I have left my phone charger and it has never been return to me. At the end of my stay, the guy at the reception asked me to pay for minibar whereas I haven’t use it at all. It was an horrible stay but luckily I only stayed 3 nights. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all if you are looking to rest peacefully.

Aside from the great roof view, close walking distance to tram and tourist spots (grand bazaar, blue mosque, topkapi museum), there's not much else to rave about. The elevators hold 4 people. The hotel/room stinks of sewage and the air freshener masking the smell makes the stench worse. Water is only given on arrival. Housekeeping seem to disregard the 'do not disturb/clean' door hanger and give the room a clean anyway. I would give this hotel a miss.
